Methodology

How we work

A framework proven across 300+ projects. Transparency, predictable delivery, and non-negotiable quality.

Our principles

Contractual commitments, not just words.

Radical transparency

Real-time access to everything. No secrets, no surprises.

Predictable delivery

Realistic estimates. If we say 8 weeks, it's 8 weeks.

Continuous collaboration

Your input is key. We work together, not as an external vendor.

Non-negotiable quality

Code review, testing, and documentation are standard.

The 5 project phases

Each phase has clear objectives, defined deliverables, and measurable acceptance criteria.

1

Understanding the business in depth

Before proposing solutions, we need to understand the real problem. We analyze how the organization operates on a daily basis: its processes, critical points, and opportunities that are not yet being leveraged. We immerse ourselves in the operation to identify where time, money, or quality is being lost, and assess which repetitive tasks have automation potential. We use artificial intelligence to study the industry and competition in days, not months. We benchmark against sector best practices and propose concrete process improvements to increase capacity without increasing headcount. The result is a clear diagnosis that enables informed decisions about what to improve and where to start.

2

Defining the plan and engagement model

Before writing a single line of code, we present with full clarity what will be built and within what timeframes. The project is broken down piece by piece, the effort for each part is estimated separately, and potential obstacles are anticipated with contingency plans. The engagement model adapts to each client's reality: it can be a fixed-price project, a phased approach, or a continuous dedication model. What matters is that the terms are clear, transparent, and agreed upon by both parties before starting. Communication channels and frequency are defined, and a kickoff meeting is held where the client meets the entire assigned team.

3

Collaborative development with visible results

We don't wait until the end to show results. Periodically, a demonstration is presented with working features that the client can test and provide feedback on. Communication is direct with the team building the software, with no intermediaries. Every change is reviewed by another professional before being incorporated, and tests run automatically to catch errors early. If priorities shift along the way, there is flexibility to make adjustments without compromising quality or project objectives. Documentation is developed alongside the code, not at the end.

4

Go-live adapted to business reality

Every organization has its own operational reality. There are processes that cannot stop, systems that must continue running during the transition, and teams that need time to adapt. That's why the launch is designed to fit: if the new system needs to coexist with the previous one for a period, it is implemented that way. If there are business areas that cannot tolerate interruptions, the rollout is done in stages, starting with the lowest-risk areas. Each step is planned with the client, tested with real users before execution, and has a rollback plan ready to activate if needed. Performance, compatibility, and security are verified before each phase, and the entire process is actively monitored. The priority is that business operations are not affected at any point.

5

Ongoing support

The launch is not the end of the project. The first months are critical, and during that period active support is maintained: team training, system monitoring, and bug fixing. The goal is for the internal team to progressively gain autonomy, with the documentation and support needed to achieve it. When the business grows, the solution scales on what is already built, without starting from scratch. The objective is to build a long-term relationship where technology accompanies the evolution of the business.
