1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "Terms") govern the access and use of the website intelpro.com.ar (hereinafter, "the Site"), operated by IntelPro (hereinafter, "we", "our", or "the Company"), with registered address in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any provision, we ask that you refrain from using the Site.

2. Services

IntelPro provides consulting and custom software development services, including but not limited to: application development, maintenance and support, systems integrations, and data and artificial intelligence solutions.

The information presented on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. The specific conditions of each project are established through individual contracts between IntelPro and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, source code, and software — is the property of IntelPro or their respective owners, and is protected by the intellectual property laws applicable in Argentina, the United States, the European Union, and international treaties.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the content without prior written authorization from IntelPro is prohibited.

Users agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. The following is expressly prohibited:

7.1 Argentina and Latin America

In Argentina, personal data processing is governed by Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001. As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Request the rectification, update, or deletion of your data
  • Object to the processing of your data

The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority in Argentina. You may file complaints with this body.

For users in other Latin American countries, the local data protection laws of each jurisdiction apply, including among others: Brazil's LGPD (Law 13,709), Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data, Chile's Law 19,628, and Colombia's Law 1581.

7.2 European Union and EEA

If you reside in the European Union or the European Economic Area, your data is protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation EU 2016/679). Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure: request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, readable format
